After the implementation of the technical application of the project, the production efficiency is improved, the operating cost is reduced, the product quality can be traced and the work of 10,000 spindles is reduced; the industrialized demonstration application, the technology is mature, the production is stable, the production efficiency is high, the cost is low, and the product The high-quality technical advantage creates favorable conditions for the unmanned full-process intelligent spinning at night. The project has independent intellectual property rights , formed three enterprise standards, applied for six invention patents, and obtained one invention patent license. The overall technology reached the international advanced level, and the appraisal committee unanimously agreed to pass the appraisal. It is also recommended to further improve supporting technologies and increase the promotion of demonstration applications.
