KARL LAGERFELD 2018 Spring and Summer Kaptain Karl Capsule Collection

KARL LAGERFELD launched the Kaptain Karl capsule series in the spring of 2018. The design of the series is inspired by the distant sailing of Karl and his cat-Choupette. The entire series is based on red, white and blue, with more than 30 items of clothing and accessories. Under the KARL LAGERFELD's stylish, elegant and smart design, the iconic nautical theme has been reborn and innovative.

The Kaptain Karl series reflects the comfort of seaside life with elements such as sailing boats, speedboats and striped umbrellas on the beach. The cartoon design draws inspiration from sailor tattoo designs with iconic elements such as anchors, love hearts, swallows and roses. Karl Lagerfeld wears a captain cap with a Phnom Penh design as the captain, while Choupette wears a white sailor cap.

In the ready-to-wear collection, fabrics of various textures such as tweeds and linens can be used to match the exquisite and elegant styles and create a stylish and casual style. Suitable for everyday wear are denim jacket, girlfriend wind jeans, short hoodie sweater, striped T-shirt, short-sleeve sweater and the same skirt.
