In recent years, with the rising prices of raw materials, the energy costs of printing and dyeing enterprises have risen from 15-20% to 30-40%, and even higher, while the average industry profit is only about 3%. Some small private enterprises blindly pursue recent interests, and the high cost brought about by resource consumption has seriously weakened the competitiveness of enterprises.
How to save money has become an urgent concern of enterprises*. To this end, a group of energy-saving new products unveiled on June 12, making enterprises interested. For example, installing frequency converters on dyeing machines and other equipment can save 20% of electricity; promoting green lighting technology, energy-saving light sources in workshops and office places can save 50%; use waste heat to reduce environmental pollution.
